Yesterday (February 15th), we’ve sent out confirmation emails of the payments from the third registration round.

All of the late and international payments must be on our account no later than 20 February (next Monday).

We are going to hand out waiting list spots at the 20th of February.

All tickets for this year’s ROD have been sold out. We’re encouraging everyone to sign up for the waiting list.

Hello folks!

We are very happy in the working group that there is so much support for our little event! We know that there were some problems during the last registration phase, so we have made some efforts to prevent it from happening again when the registration opens this evening at 18:00.

Tonight, when you’re registering for ROD2012, you will only have to fill in your name and e-mail address. In the confirmation e-mail you’ll receive, there will be a link to a page on which you’ll be able to fill in the rest of the information, after the onslaught has passed.

Should you be unfortunate enough not to get a spot in the third registration phase, we encourage everybody to register on the waiting list, which opens immediately after the registration phase. We’re very interested in getting an image of the actual interest in a larger number of participants, for use by next year’s working group. Last year, approximately the first 25 on the waiting list got into the event.

We wish you all success tonight at 18:00.

Unfortunately our website was partially down during the second round of registration, which is obviously regrettable. We in the Working Group would like to give you an exact time when you can sign up for ROD, so you are not dependent on chance or luck. Therefore, we closed registration as soon as we were able to. Some of you had managed to register nonetheless — and those of you who managed to do so will receive a direct confirmation email later today.

We have experienced some problems with checking our account, and therefore we have not issued any confirmation of payments yet.

Therefore, we move the first payment deadline up to the 20th of January (next Friday) – and hopefully we can send out confirmations of your transfers before then.
To put it plainly: no one will be deleted from the list before the 20th on January. So if you have not paid yet, hurry up!

On a more positive note, we open the second registration phase tomorrow at 12:00 – we look forward to seeing your registrations!

Thanks to all of you who took a moment to register for ROD2012 on New Year’s Eve, it’s been quite overwhelming for the working group to follow.

We experienced a minor technical issue, that resulted in some of you not receiving the confirmation email, so we will re-send them shortly.

To all of you who missed it this time, next registration round opens on Monday the 16th of January 2012 at 12:00.

It’ll soon be the New Year’s eve and that means two things. The Working Group will meet in order to celebrate, party and look forward to ROD, and the registration opens!

If it have passed you by, let’s make it perfectly clear: registration for ROD2012 begins on the next Saturday at midnight.

In this context we wish to point out that this year we are introducing tough deadlines for payments. Read about them and payment in general on the payment page.

Following requests from many ROD-people, the working group created this English-language version of our site. It’s still a bit rough around the edges, but we’re hoping all of you non-danish speakers will enjoy it.

Take especially good look at our section explaining the registration and practical information. Also, we’re pretty proud of this year’s instructors.
